Although Daikanyama has no sea, the concept is Bistro where you can enjoy seafood like you would find in a European port town. Enjoy risotto (+600 yen) with the remaining soup stock. This risotto is al dente and delicious, with the core remaining in the rice. It makes you think that you might have eaten bouillabaisse just to eat this risotto. My stomach is full around here. Unusually, I paid the bill without even eating dessert. Even if you drink 3 to 4 glasses of wine, it will cost just over 10,000 yen per person.
