１時間前に電話しても普通にサクッと入れました＾＾Ｖ
2012年のオープン以来、高い人気を誇る代官山『Äta（アタ）』。
フレンチ百名店にも選ばれておりいつか行かなきゃと思ってたお店でもあります♪
場所は代官山と渋谷のちょうど中間。。。
ヨーロッパの港町にあるビストロをコンセプトにした店内には、活気の中にある居心地の良さもあり、気兼ねなく入れながらのんびりと食べることができる雰囲気が流れております♪
スウェーデン語で「食べる」という意味の店名には、シンプルに”食べること”を楽しんでほしいという想いが込められているそうな、、、
そんな港町をコンセプトにしたお店は魚介が売りとのことで、
「アイオリのイカ乗せ（税込1100円）」をまずは注文♪
アイオリソースは卵黄、オリーブオイル、レモン汁、塩・胡椒、潰したニンニクを混ぜて作ったモノで絶妙な塩気で最初からビールが進む♪
イカも絶妙な火入れでいいレア感だ♪
マグロのうなじ（税込1300円）
…チーズも掛けられたマグロのうなじをリーフレタスに包み、いただくという一品だが、これが絶妙に美味しい！！
マグロのうなじって初めて食べたがちょうどよいレア感で火入れしてあり、舌鼓を打ってしまう♪
なぜこんなに美味しい部位が世の中に出回らないか不思議だ。。。
そして看板メニューの「ブイヤベース」が登場するのですがこれがまたいい感じ♪骨付きの魚、海老、貝、ムール貝やパプリカ、茄子、胡瓜なども柔らかく煮込まれて大皿ながら、ただただ煮込んだだけでなくいい感じに上品さが残った味わいだ。一つ一つ丁寧に煮込まれているのがわかる♪
残ったスープ出汁で「リゾット（＋600円）」をいただくがこれもまた美味♪
米に芯がちゃんと残ってアルデンテでのうえ、しっかりとブイヤベースを吸っていてうまくないわけがない！！パクチーも乗っていてお洒落もさすが♪
ちょっとお肉もということで牛肉も食べたがこれもいい感じ♪
ワインのおすすめがちょっとチープ感があったがこれはこれで港町らしくていいのかな♪
夜中二時までやっているそうで地元住民には重宝されそうなお店だな＾＾
サクッとこのレベルの食事が楽しめるのは素直に素晴らしいと思う♪
