近所に新しくオープンしたと友人から聞いてホームページを拝見したら素晴らしい動画で期待を込めて予約をした
場所はわかりづらくて中々清潔感ありのお店で期待が膨らんだ。
初めての訪問で全てお任せする事でスタート
先ずは泡とつまみから
なんと季節外れの鯛が登場、３切れもクタクタの身で出て来て少し嫌な予感・・・
なんとお次は自宅でも食べれそうななめこおろしが小さいお猪口で出された、一体全体なんだか寿司を喰らうと思う強い気持ちが薄れてきて、その後、生とり貝、赤貝、が出て来たがどれも普通。
この時期旬のイワシが出て来たがこれまた、ご主人の仕事の定義なのか鰯を薄くお造りにしてポンズで出てきたがこのイワシ臭みがかなりあり青物好きな自分には予約した後悔が出てきた。
次に握りに移行したがどれも普通な感じでした。
お会計とネタの質感があっていなくてもうくる事はないだろう。
空間だけは良いのだが、近隣の松栄や代官山韻や尚光等とは少々劣ると思いました。
