Sushi is on the second floor of a building along the road from Ebisu to Daikanyama, where the children's clothing store MAZAWAY is located on the first floor. It's on the left, a little further from Ramen Yamada, which is famous for its miso Ramen on your right. When you take the escalator up to the second floor, you will see an interior shop and a carpet shop, and at the back there is this Sushi restaurant with a small entrance. It's quite difficult to find in terms of location, and the "hidden feeling" is perfect. The main area is the counter, and there seems to be a private room in the back. The interior design is not so-called modern and fashionable, but has a calm Japanese atmosphere, and if you look closely at the plain wood counter, you can see that the walls are painted with plaster. There is plenty of space throughout, creating a relaxing atmosphere. (For some reason, I heard from a friend in the architecture field that stucco rooms are very calming, so I guess that has some effect as well.) I left everything to selection, but they all felt like they were doing some work. For example, the ``white shrimp with kelp'' (with sea urchin on top) and the ``sweet Small dish'' are also flavored with sesame oil and salt. When I asked the kind host, he told me a lot of important points about cooking. The nigiri was also ``zuke'' and most of the toppings were made with a little extra work, and before I knew it, there was no nigiri that was eaten with soy sauce. Inside the store, the owner is joined by a young craftsman at the counter, and a woman who serves drinks. The young chef was originally a Japanese chef, and the daikon and sea bream Simmered dish he served in between meals was delicious. If you ask Sushi lovers, they will tell you that there are no good Sushi restaurants in Ebisu Daikanyama. This restaurant seems to have just opened last year, so it seems like a good place to go when you're looking for Sushi in Daikanyama. As for alcohol, there were bottles of sake and shochu on the shelf, but what surprised me was that there was a wine cellar next to the entrance. If you ask someone who knows a lot about wine, it seems like it's a pretty good value. It's not a cheap restaurant that I can go to often, so it would be nice to have lunch there if possible.
