今日のメインイベントはふぐ。
新宿の安い24時間ふぐ居酒屋チェーンに行くと、何と予約で満席だそう。
そういえば今日、この天気で寒さなのに新宿人出多い感じだよなあ。
急いで回転前の別のお店に電話してみた。
開店時間に席確保出来るそう。
よかった。
開店時刻頃到着。
ここもどんどんお客さん入って来た。
電話してよかったなあ。

火付けてくれて蓋して1分待ってと。
つぎ酒は徳利が来た。

昼でもランチメニューじゃなくてグランドメニューも注文出来るそうで、鍋も一人前から注文可との事でそうさせてもらった。
コースでなく単品だけ注文の場合はお通しが付くらしい。

皮刺し
ふぐ皮食べたかったのでよかった。
白いか黒い皮の表面の部分が付いていない、透明な所が好き。
とろんとしてとても美味しい。
小葱と紅葉卸し乗せ。
刺身にも皮少し付いていた。
細葱？、紅葉卸し、酢橘、貝割れ添え。
ふぐだけで食べたり、葱巻いたり、酢橘掛けたりする。
やっぱり何となく葱巻きが好きかな？
鍋は作る手順を教えてくれて、自分で作る方式。
骨付きぶつ長め、身短め、ふぐ食べ切ってから野菜だそう。
つゆは出汁ほわっと効いている。
ふぐはほんわりと美味しい。
しみじみとかな？
骨に接してちゅるんとしたのが付いている辺りがまた風味が良い。
ふぐ以外の具は、白菜、椎茸、榎茸、春菊、豆腐、マロニー。
そして雑炊。
まずはつゆ味わう。
雑炊セットには、小葱入り生玉子、海苔、柴漬け胡瓜とたくあん、醤油、塩が。
雑炊は作って下さるとの事だけど、自分流に食べたくてわがまま言って辞退させてもらった。
まずは雑炊じゃなくてお茶漬け風に汁掛けご飯で食べたいから。
つゆにちょっと塩味付けて。
レンゲでつゆに浸して、更につゆ掛けて。
これがとにかく美味しい。
それから雑炊。
これも、玉子は入れないで作ってみた。
葱も入れないで、ただつゆにご飯だけ入れて。
茶碗に生玉子入れて醤油掛けて、そこにご飯入れて。
これがやたら旨い。
旨過ぎるかなあ？
最高峰の玉子掛けご飯かも？
