会社の忘年会で利用した和食屋さんです。
新宿の区役所通り沿いの路面にあるお店で、夜遅い時間でも営業されていました。
河豚のお刺身や河豚の鍋、河豚の唐揚げなど河豚を使用した料理をしっかり味わいましたが、いつぶりかの河豚。
刺身はややコリっとした食感が楽しく、唐揚げも熱々で美味しい。
鍋は昆布の出汁が効いていて香りも良く、ほろほろと解れる河豚の肉が最高です。
〆の雑炊は卵で閉じていただきましたが、卵がアクセントになって美味しく〆れました。
白子の独特な口当たりも良く、鼻から抜ける風味も上品。
乾杯はビールでしたが日本酒の貴仙寺吉兆を飲むことに。
辛口ながらもキリッとしすぎず、ほんのりと優しい香りがする味なので河豚にもピッタリでした。
店員さんの対応も丁寧で、店内の細かいところまで清潔感があって快適に忘年会を楽しめました。
