10年ぶり？ぐらいのふぐ刺し･･･(*´꒳`*)
めちゃくちゃ楽しみにしてました☆
期待通り、ふぐ刺し最高すぎましたー！
綺麗に盛り付けされていて、柚子風味のポン酢と合わせて頂くとめちゃくちゃ美味しいです！
昔食べたふぐ刺しよりも厚めだった気がします。
なので2枚ほど取ってゆっくり味わって食べました。
フグの鍋も上品で美味しい。
鍋の写真を忘れてしまいましたが、美味しすぎて追加で野菜とフグも注文しました！
食後の最中もさっぱりとしてて、美味しいです。
なかなか来れませんが、宴会や特別な日などにまた利用したいと思いました。
