●こんな美味しい鶏肉はひさびさ
新宿駅から少し歩き、三丁目手前の家具屋ビル裏、地下一階にあるお店です。高級店のようなおもてなしと内装から、一見高そうですが利用しやすいと感じました。
●比内地鶏は絶品
秋田県産の比内地鶏で、「究極の地鶏」といわれる鶏肉は絶品。もも・ねぎ・むね・ねぎ・もも、と部位が異なる一本のねぎま串は絶品でした。また比内地鶏の白レバーや、むねと皮の抱身串は身がしっかりかつふわふわ、ずっしりな食感で忘れられません。約50種類の地酒もあり、お酒が進みます。座敷や半個室などもあり、シーンに合わせて使えるなと思いました。
