天丼 920円
うなぎ屋さん行こうと思ったらまさかの定休日。こうなったら海系食べようと天丼に決定。うなぎは来週行きます。多分。お店で天丼というとほんとにてんやしか食べたことない素人ですが、思い切ってこちらの老舗、天秀さんへ訪問。なんでも明治時代から続くとか。。。すごいとしか言えない笑 お店の外も中も趣ある感じでソワソワしますが平然を装います。板前？さんの手際の良さに見惚れ、待つこと5分ほどで着丼。
天丼にお漬物、味噌汁、そしてデザートのオレンジが付いてきました。天丼の具材はきす、なす、かぼちゃ、紅生姜、とうもろこし、そしてえびです。
<きす>
ふわっと肉厚な白身に軽い食感の衣できす本来の淡白な味を感じやすいような仕上がりです。おいしい
<なす>
一口頬張り感動。なすの水分でべちゃっとなりがちですが、水分をなすに全て閉じ込め、見事なジューシーさを演出しています。なすの天ぷらがこれほど美味しいとは、、、
<かぼちゃ>
天ぷらの中で私が一番好きな具材です。厚すぎず、薄すぎずのちょうど良い厚みで、天ぷらの衣とかぼちゃのほくほくした食感をどちらもバランスよく感じられます。
<紅生姜>
紅生姜天があることで、油っぽくなった口内をリフレッシュしてくれます。このしょっぱさが夏には良いですね。
<とうもろこし>
夏といえばのとうもろこし。とうもろこしを削いで重ねてあげているらしいです。ボリュームと甘さが特徴ですね。子どもでも食べられるところがイイですね。
<えび>
天丼とえばの代表格。小ぶりですが、えびは大きさだけじゃないですね。ぶりっとした食感で歯を押し返すかのような弾力と濃い旨みで小さいのにさすがの存在感があります。
結構お米の量もあるので、大盛りにしなくても十分満足できました。
それと、強調したいのが接客が素晴らしい点です。いらっしゃいませはもちろんのこと、従業員同士の会話・指示もポジティブで明るく、お客さんとのトークも熱心にしておられました。また、天丼が出来上がるタイミングでお味噌汁を注ぎ、同時に提供することやオレンジにも食べやすいように切れ込みが入っていたりと、細やかな接客に感動です。老舗としてのプライドを感じさせます。気持ちの良い接客ありがとうございました。ぜひこちらのお店に訪問を
