人間餃子は名前こそ強烈だが(笑)
羽根付きの外カリ中ジューシーでニンニクのガツンと効いた
正しい焼き餃子。
しかし今回の訪問目的はあんバターバーガー。
あんバターバーガーはかわいいスライダーsizeで、
たっぷりのこし餡と板バターもお約束だが
炙られた峰屋のバンズが絶妙のカリふわ具合で、
トータルの印象もバンズの美味しさが際立った‥

＜プロフ＞
向かいのロボットレストランの向こうを張って人間レストラン、
それ以上の深い意味は無いらしい。
インバウンド需要のロボットレストランは無期限休業状態らしく
「やっぱり人間が勝つんですょ〜」とはスタッフの弁（笑）

単品で注文する形。
あんバターバーガーは2個700円だが、1個注文も可（350円）。
別途チャージが500円かかる。
＜雰囲気＞
歌舞伎町の風紀の悪い界隈の
2階に風俗店も入る妖しげなビルの4階と
およそ考えられる限りの逆風要素が詰まったロケーション‥
3階の階段途中のアングラな雰囲気に心折れそうになるが、
お店は予想外にスッキリしている。
純喫茶ニンゲンのカフェ系メニューも有るが、要するにバー。
