注意が必要なのは、
・営業母体は人間レストランでカレー2種のみ提供しているということ（新宿 negomboとして探すと、多分見つからない、食べログは場所だけあってます）
・14:30〜オープンだということ
・歌舞伎町のど真ん中で、無料案内所がある建物内に入り、4Fまで（勾配は急）階段を登らなければいけないこと
あのロボットレストランの真向かい、ディープ歌舞伎町です。
途中怪しげな（2F）18禁の案内所を駆け抜け、4Fに辿り着くと、オシャレなカフェバーです。
ここなら女性も安心！
そして、窓からは、デッカい歌舞伎町のネオンサインが真ん前に見えますW

高円寺以来久々です！
このカレーが来たことで、新宿エリアのスパイスカレー&カレーのLVは一段と上がります！
サンラサー、エピタフなどゴールデン街の間借りカレー出身店も盛り上がりますし、チキューマサラなど実力店もありますしね！
さて合いがけの2種、
ポークビンダルーは、
インド西部のゴア州、元ポルトガル領だったこのエリアは西洋文化の影響を受けた料理があり、その代表がこのポークピンダルーです（ポルトガルワインによる煮込みがルーツです）。
ワインの酸味（あとトマトかな）、スパイスが加わり、酸味と辛味のミックスはやはり美味い！インド料理の域を超えた料理です。
そしてラムキーマは、粗挽きのラムをワイン、トマトで煮込み、花椒、生姜、ピンクペッパーで、ラムの旨味を引き出しながらも、ラムの臭みも旨味に変えるような、そんな仕立てになっています。
こちらはネゴンボの代表メニューですね。
是非2種チョイスで味比べ、またミックスしての味変で楽しんでもらいたいですね。
モンブランプリンの外側のモンブランも中々美味しく、普通のカレー屋では絶対食べられないメニューです。（トライアングルの皿が良いセンスしてるW）
色んなお店、メニューをセレクトショップみたいに集めた面白いレストランです。
