初訪問です。
新宿三丁目駅から徒歩6〜7分の場所にあるこちら。
ネーミングはロボットレストランの前だから人間レストランみたい。
4階なので階段を上がります。
平日の昼14時半過ぎの訪問です。こちらは開店が14時半、ランチは17時までです。
2名の若い男女の店員さんで、顔ピアスも髪色も派手で最初は戸惑いました。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席、テラス席もあります。洒落ていて居心地が良いです。
この店員さんたちが、話しかけてくれて、意外にも良い子たちでギャップがとても良かったです。
何よりお店が好きってことが伝わる会話でした。
negombo33って好きなカレー屋さんなのですが、そこのカレーが新宿で食べられるというから興味を持ったのですが、せっかくならオリジナルを食べようという気に。
本日頼んだのは、
本格四川人間特製麻婆豆腐(ご飯付) 1,200円
〜花山椒香る 赤麻婆(辛)
10分強で運ばれてきました。
シンプルにご飯と、麻婆豆腐のうつわのみ。
水は細いグラスに入って出てきました。
「辛いので、水必要になったら言ってくださいね！」とこういう気遣いが良い。
さてさて、麻婆豆腐なのですが、これめちゃ美味い！選んで正解でした。
豆腐はやわやわの絹どうふで、チュルンとした感じ。肉味噌の部分は花山椒を効かせ、ボト良い痺れと甘み、香りもコクも良いバランスでとても美味しい。中華鍋でこだわって作った肉味噌を注文から片栗粉をあわせてその場で作っています。
上の透明部分はラー油とのこと、店員さん2人とも辛いの苦手だから食べれないそうですが、ここのプロデューサーの方がとても料理が上手いんだとか。豆腐とネギ以外はすべてオリジナルだそうです。
もう少し気持ちご飯が多かったら最高でしたが、ご飯は大盛100円、おかわり200円とのことでお金出すまではいいかなくらいだったので遠慮しました。
曜日により夜はカラオケが100円で歌える日もあるとのこと。ハブ酒とかあったりお酒もなんか楽しそうなのがありそう。
ネオ居酒屋とうたっているそうで、そのプロデューサーの方が料理もすごくこだわっているとのこと。negombo33と別にモンブランプリンも美味しいとこのを取り寄せているそうです。
プロデューサーの方にも会ってみたいです。
餃子は通常より大きいもので、これもかなりオススメですと2人。
次はそれをツマミに呑みにも来たいです。
