鮨の本気を見た。
歌舞伎町の中にあるお店ですが、地下に潜れば落ち着いた雰囲気のカウンターと個室のあるお寿司屋さん。
見た感じ客層は歌舞伎町のお店やお客さんのペアが多そうですね。
私はお寿司最近白身系を美味しく食べられるようになって赤身系はまだ顔見知り…って感じでしたが、どのお寿司を食べても臭み0！嫌な油っぽさ0！！
生臭さと油身が大の苦手でしたがそんな人間が美味しく全てを頂けました…。すごいお鮨です！
1品1品が丁寧で、味付けもされているので醤油につけすぎるってことも無く1番いい塩梅で食べられていると思いました！
