We use a uniquely developed sushi rice with 50% less sugar. The low-carbohydrate selection Nigiri course is a special course that uses plenty of healthy and Organic Food ingredients other than the Nigiri. Enjoy nigiri prepared by highly trained craftsmen at a famous restaurant and carefully prepared a la carte dishes.

Sushi Matsumoto is located near Shinjuku Station, a restaurant frequented by gourmets. Despite its convenient location, just a 3-minute walk from the station, the tranquil entrance and door made of cypress create a dignified atmosphere that will make you forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Afterwards, there was a series of witty snacks, including deep-fried Nebuto, a specialty of Onomichi, steamed egg custard topped with pickled plums, and a comparison of two types of sea urchin (purple sea urchin from Aomori and bafun sea urchin from Hokkaido wrapped in bigfin squid), and more. Introducing Edomae Nigiri. Sushi Matsumoto's unique taste is made by sprinkling homemade salt on the tendrils of fatty tuna.
