新宿歌舞伎町の中にある、個室完備のお鮨屋さん。
上おまかせコース(13,800円)をいただきました。
くらげポン酢，タコの旨煮，マグロの燻製の3種の肴からはじまり最初の握りはとろたく！
ねっとり濃厚でパリパリのノリとよく合います。
その他の握りは以下でした。

握りはシャリの硬さや量が好みで、パクパク食べられました。
ネタも新鮮で美味しく、特に、大トロは脂の乗り具合が絶妙だったのと、雲丹の軍艦がとっても美味しくて印象的でした。
最後の穴子もふっくらとした柔らかい身と甘いタレの味付けが美味しく、卵焼きはぷるぷる甘めでした。
一品ものは以下。
ズワイガニの茶碗蒸し
さわらの西京焼き 糠漬け
トコブシと旬根菜の抱き合わせ
いくらの小丼
小松菜のおひたし
赤出汁のなめこ汁
一品もので美味しかったのは最初に出てきたマグロの燻製！
レアめに焼かれたマグロとしっかり薫る燻製のバランスがビールを頼んでいたので、ビールとの相性抜群。
最後はほうじ茶アイスで、多過ぎず少なすぎずのバランスの良いコースでした。
ドリンクも日本酒からワイン，ビールと種類豊富で、今回個室で頂いたのですが、個室でも大満足でした。
会食や、子連れでもいけるような個室完備の美味しいお鮨屋さんは見つけるのがなかなか難しいので、こちらはとってもおすすめです。
