ランチのコースで予約していきました。
地下一階で薄暗い階段の先のお店でちょっと場所分かりづらいかもしれないけど、玄関入ればとても素敵な雰囲気のお店でした！
前菜はもずく、炊いた筍としらすとセリのおひたし、タコとわさびでお好きな順番で食べて下さいとの事でどれも丁寧に味付けされていて美味しかったです。
お寿司はヒラメ、鯵、マグロ、コハダ、イカなどで8貫でどれも口に入れたらほどけるような握り加減に隠し包丁で最高の食感のネタでした。美味しすぎて飲み込むのがもったいなかったです 笑
小鉢はキャベツとフキのお浸しにホタルイカが添えられてさっぱりとした卵酢がかけられてました。
お浸しはお出汁に付けられていてさっぱりとしてますが旨みがあってとても美味しかったです。
デザートはほうじ茶アイスでちゃんと香りだかくて美味しいアイスで最後まで完璧なランチコースでした。
