【お店の様子について】
新宿にて、ラム肉をテーマにした居酒屋があると噂を聞きつけ、訪問してみました。
スマホの地図アプリを頼りに新宿歌舞伎町周辺を歩きますが、お店の入口をなかなか見つけられないなぁ、と思っていたら、「鳥道酒場」さんという異なるお店に一度入って、エレベーターで上がるようです。
知る人ぞ知るお店ですね。
４階の「釧路」さんは、明るい店内で、それぞれの客席は半個室のようになっていて、活気とプライベート空間が両立するように工夫されています。
客層は20代―30代の男女グループが主のように見えますね。仲間内で利用しやすい雰囲気です。
【お料理について】
★北海道じゃがいもと生ラムの山盛りポテトサラダ
ラム肉以外にも、北海道食材も自慢のお店らしいので、まずはポテトサラダから注文。
文字通り山盛りのポテトサラダには、歯ごたえも感じるラム肉もたっぷりあって、特徴的にも感じる味わいで、面白いですね。
★焼きラム串の盛り合わせ
ラム肉の盛り合わせは、私には部位の違いはわかりませんでしたが、赤いピリ辛な味わいの串・ネギやごま油の香りの串など味わいに変化があるように工夫されています。
★北海道名産ラムのザンギ
北海道では唐揚げのことをザンギと呼ぶそうですね。
ラム肉のザンギは、とっても筋肉質。一個のサイズも大きいので、フォークとナイフで、一口大にすると食べやすいと思います。スパイスの香りもいいですね。
★北海道コーンバター
★おまかせ刺身３品盛り合わせ
★明太子入りだし巻き卵
居酒屋らしい料理も多く揃っていますので、ラム肉はちょっと…という方も食べたいメニューはあると思いますよ。
お飲物は、生ビールや角ハイなどを中心にいただきました。
