すっぽん食べてきた！！
久しぶりのすっぽん
凄いうまい！
コラーゲンたっぷりこん
歌舞伎町の一角！
店内入ると静かな個室で
歌舞伎町の賑やかさも感じない
コースなので

5種盛り合わせ
まずは生ビールできょうは少し寒いこの後は
熱燗にしようって いいねー
最後は、黒霧ロックを
今日のすっぽんちゃんは怒ってるらしい
結構なお顔で威嚇してくる
さばくところを見せてもらうことに
結構残酷な〆方だ
それを食べる私たちもね
首を押さえつけて一気にチョッキン！
グラスにその切った首から生血を絞り出す
動画もとったが余りに衝撃的なのです。
あとは、甲羅を回りから丸くくり貫く感じ
すっぽんの甲羅はやわらかいそうです。
でも、やはり力仕事だ
甲羅はずすとタマゴがいっぱい女の子ちゃん
綺麗な丸井タマゴです。
料理人は黙々と全て捌いていく
すっぽんは捨てるとこないからって 慣れた手つきで
生血は赤ワインで割って
胆のうは白ワイン こちらは結構苦味が強い
クコの実をかじらながら頂いた
肝刺身
レバー美味しい たまごはなんとも余りこのままはすきではないかも
心臓 はつは動いてる
ほんとにピクピク！
「食べていいよ」「私が？」
「前に食べたことあるから心臓はひとつだからね」
ちょっと躊躇してる私を横目で見ながら
いたずらっぽく言う
食べてみると、コリコリしてる
「意外と旨いでしょ？」「うん！」

味がしっかりしてる
ちょっと骨ぽいのもあるから気をつけて
すっぽん鍋
お野菜を入れてすっぽんは、コラーゲンが
あってプリンプリン！
身もおいしい！
そして〆
雑穀と漬け物
たまごを落として蓋をする
すっぽんのたまごを入れてこれを一緒に食べると結構濃厚になる

桜餅にみたてたアイス
久しぶりに親友とゆったり優雅な食事を楽しんだ
屋上はシダレ桜の木が植えてあって桜の時期は
サクラを見ながら頂ける
時期がもう少し暖かくなるとこの場所も素敵だなぁー
