``Omar Katsui'' is a dish where you can taste a whole fresh lobster, and is a must-try dish. Enjoy the boiled claws with tartar sauce! In addition, the tail can be enjoyed with rare sashimi, and the head can be enjoyed with miso soup as a finishing touch. We also recommend the ``Special Eni Combo,'' which is made with lobster and deep sea red crab, a rare crab caught in South Africa, sautéed in garlic butter. Please enjoy the strongest combo!
