お鮨と逸品、全てのお品に満足です。
淡々とお鮨を握る大将、お喋りはあまりされないようですが私はとても好感が持てました。
職人の雰囲気漂う姿勢は良いですよね。
常連とお初の人を決して棲み分けする事なく、分け隔てない接客でした。
3つの小物椀が出てから、握りは大トロから始まります。
空腹で倒れそうな中、胃が1番求めている大トロがやってきて、感動と歓喜でやったーーという感じでした笑
衝撃のうまさ！背に切り込みを沢山入れる事でとろける感触を出しているそう。溶けました。
ミルフィーユが握り2品目。見た目もですが、食べて全部咀嚼するとナイスコラボな内容だと分かります。
香箱蟹、脳みそ付けて食べます。
アオリイカはねっとりと甘く美味しかったです。
金目鯛のお椀は最高でしたね。体も温まるし、優しいお味と脂の乗った金目鯛。朝イチで食べたいです。
漬けマグロ、ハッキリとした味わい。塩釜の鮪は美味しいです。
サワラの逸品料理、春菊を使ったちょっとガーリック風味のソースがめちゃくちゃ合いまして、美味しい。
カサゴ鯛、鯛の赤ちゃんなので身が柔らかくこれも美味です。
トロタクキャビア、絶品。最後におかわりしました。バケツで食べたいやつです。
確か…太刀魚だったかな？お粥と共に。これも優しく春の訪れを彷彿される逸品。
車海老、肉厚です。
帆立の茶碗蒸し、香りととろける味わい。
馬糞雲丹が1番好きなのでテンション上がります。
そして最後に穴子。ここの穴子は絶品でした！
デザートは元パティシエの女将さんがとっても素敵な可愛いスイーツを。夢という金箔を添えて素敵です。
