この界隈は老舗ルクープシューが移転してから
フレンチ不毛地帯だったが、新たに登場したのが404nf
メニューもコースのすべてにお肉料理でこだわり
看板も敢えて出さずに
ちょっと意識高い大人の隠れ家感を醸し出す
和牛タルタルからスタートし
鴨のパテアンクルート
イベリコ豚ロース
牛頬の赤ワイン煮込み
鹿の藁焼き
黒毛和牛の炭火焼き
と、様々のお肉料理のオンパレード
そして、締めには鶏蕎麦と
なかなかのバリエーションで
この価格帯で信じられないクオリティ
印象的なのは
藁焼きで香高く仕上げた鹿肉
臭みもなく柔らかで甘みも感じる鹿に
たっぷり盛り付けたマッシュルームがとても良く合う
牛頬の赤ワイン煮込みも
本格ビストロのクオリティで
煮込みソースフェチのわたしも
納得の美味しさでした
一番びっくりしたのは、鶏蕎麦の麺とスープ
めっちゃ本格的な手打ち麺で
鶏チャーシューとの相性も良く考えて作られたそうです
