この日は月1贅沢なグルメ巡りで、新宿に来てたので、寿司と日本料理 新宿 よねがみさんに行ってきました。
店内はカウンター席8席と完全個室がいくつが並んでいて、落ち着きと行きすぎない高級感を感じます。
本日は１人でカウンターで春•寿司会席13500円を頂きました。
コースの内訳は以下。(覚えてる範囲で記載。)
・先付(春キャベツと桜えびのおひたし)
・お椀(わかたけ)
・旬のお造り(めかじき、油坊主)
・雲丹小丼
・お勧め握り寿司5貫
・季節の天麩羅(しいたけ、赤なす)
・お勧め握り寿司5貫
・手巻き寿司
・赤出汁
・デザート
お寿司は以下の10種を一貫ずつ頂きました。
はも、あじ、マグロ赤身のづけ、いか、はまぐり、鰹、いさき、こはだ、本マグロトロ、穴子
全部美味しかったのですが、個人的に印象に残ったものをpick。
あじは身は厚めにネギの香りとシャリの酸味が美味しい。
マグロ赤身のづけ味がしみてとろっとした食感にカラシがアクセントになって素敵。
いかはこりこり食感のいかに、内蔵の塩辛で苦味と塩みが追加されて大人な旨味を感じます。
最後はふわっととろっと口のなかで溶ける穴子を頂き大満足でした。
季節の天ぷらは椎茸が自分としてはすきな食材ではないのだけど、この天ぷらはまた食べたいと感じました。赤ナスもふんわりおつゆもちょっと染み込みあたたかさも絶妙で美味しさが口のなかに広がります。
カウンターで、お寿司を１貫ずつ丁寧に握ってもらいながら、お店のかたも１人で行ってるなか気遣っていい感じにお声かけ頂いたり、ネタの説明してくれたりと心地よい時間を過ごせました。
