My first visit to Shii-chan's shop was very impressive. I was thinking of bringing my best friend along with me, but the friend I visited with last time asked me to go one more time, so I'll be back for just a week. With this visit, I was once again convinced of the solid power of this store. In particular, the overwhelming balance of the gutsushi that I ordered as a speed menu. The method of seasoning varies slightly depending on the restaurant, and as someone who likes vinegar, I like guts sashimi with a ponzu sauce flavor (this is probably the most popular), but Shii-chan's restaurant also uses a strong ponzu sauce flavor. . However, it's not the same gourmet bite you'd find anywhere, but the combination is exquisite, with a good balance of sesame oil and green onions, and plenty of grated garlic for a tangy kick. I wanted to mix all of these seasonings together thoroughly and then pour them over a bowl of white rice and enjoy it as is. Of course, it goes well with alcohol, but regular gutsushi doesn't make you feel like you're asking for rice. Shii-chan's guts sashimi is so delicious that it makes you want to eat guts sashi over rice bowl. Also, I always order ham cutlet at restaurants that have ham cutlet, and this is also quite unique. Ham cutlets are broadly divided into those made with thin, fluffy ham and those made with thick ham, and I like both, but Shii-chan's ham cutlets have a bit of individuality here as well. If you look at the photo, you can see that the cross section is not an easy-to-understand ham cutlet. A ham cutlet, whether thin or thick, has a perfectly straight cross section. However, as you can see, this ham cutlet tastes just like a minced meat cutlet. In fact, until halfway through, I mistakenly thought I was eating minced meat cutlet. In addition, I had the boiled Gyoza / Dumpling which I mentioned last time as something I would like to order every time, and finished off with Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). I actually ordered curry, but I was told that it was sold out at noon. It seems to be popular. Now, Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is more orthodox than gatsu sashimi and ham cutlet, but the cabbage is larger and the meat is also larger, so the sauce doesn't taste too much on these, and on the other hand, the noodles are like this. However, the sauce is really effective. What's more, although it's not the same stew as last time, it's quite spicy, and you can feel the commitment even though it's orthodox. The flavor is so strong (not unpleasantly strong at all) that you'll want to pair it with rice as well. There are other dishes on the menu that I would like to try, such as ``Stir-Fried Pork Belly Kimchi'' and ``Grilled Bitter Melon Cheese'', so I hope to visit you again soon.
