At our restaurant, we use Kagoshima black beef, which won the grand prize at the National Wagyu Beef Competitive Exhibition and was crowned the best in Japan.◎As an official dealer, which is rare in Tokyo, we serve "12th" sirloin, which is the highest rating among A5 ranks. We offer rib roast. Enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth texture packed with umami, along with the dashi soup that takes time to make each morning and our homemade ponzu sauce and sesame sauce.
