Food Banquet course full of Hokkaido delicacies
In order to spread the appeal of Hokkaido, a treasure trove of food, to the world, KIBORI has introduced two new signature dishes: "Hokkai Monja," a Tokyo-originated B-class gourmet dish arranged with ingredients from Hokkaido, and "Teppan shabu shabu Tower," made with Hokkaido beef and plenty of vegetables. We recommend the "Teppan Shabu shabu shabu Tower Course," where you can enjoy both!
Food Lots of creative Monja
``Hokkai Monja'' has a wide variety of dishes, including Local Cuisine grilled salmon chan-chan, Seafood Soup Curry, and Japanese-style Italian Cuisine dishes using porcini mushrooms and mentaiko. There are many original monjas that are full of creativity and whose taste you can't imagine from the name. You'll be surprised by the unique first-time encounters with octopus Genovese and healthy margherita. Check out Okonomiyaki, Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles), Teppan-yaki, Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu, snacks, and closing meals!
