新宿の「北海もんじゃ×鉄板しゃぶしゃぶ
KIBORI」さんへ。
場所はアルタ裏の靖国通り沿いドン・キホー
テの隣。
子供の頃からもんじゃ好きで今でも月島に
食べに行ったりはしていたけど
最近はなかなか行く機会がなかった。
今回「北海道産食材でアレンジされた
美味しいもんじゃが食べられる店があるよ」
と誘ってもらったのがこちら。
まずは巨大な木彫りの熊がお出迎え。
その他ゴールドに輝く大小様々な木彫りの熊
が並びその数1000頭。
店内は木のぬくもりが感じられ、
広々としていて落ち着く空間だ。
頂いたのはKIBORIもんじゃ・鉄板焼コース
5500円+飲み放題 1500円
◇燻製サーモンのシーザーサラダ
しゃきしゃきの葉物に、えのきや舞茸、いくら、
サーモンと彩り美しいサラダ。
サーモンは厚みがあり脂がのっていてとても
美味しい。
◇もんじゃ
5種類の中から2種類選べる。
選んだのは
・名物・北海こぼれ海鮮もんじゃ(+500円)…
・インカの目覚めのカルボナーラ
「厚切りパンチェッタを使った
濃厚カルボナーラ仕立て」
(+500円)
もんじゃはお店の方に焼いていただいた。
海鮮もんじゃは海老、サーモン、ホタテ、
イカなどの旨味たっぷりで絶品！
今まで食べたもんじゃの中で一番かも。
もう一つはインカの目覚めがホクホクと甘く、
パンチェッタもゴロゴロ入っていてボリューム
がある。
パスタのカルボナーラを彷彿とさせる味で
珍しいもんじゃだがこちらもとても美味しい。
もんじゃはやっぱりいいな〜と思うと同時に
こちらのお店はレベルが違うと思った。
◇牡蠣と九条葱のハーブバター焼き
加熱しても縮まない新鮮な大粒牡蠣
にバターとバジルソースを合わせる。
ハーブの香りとバターのコクを纏った牡蠣は
プリプリで堪らない美味しさ。
◇北海道和牛ロースのすき焼き風
割り下に潜らせた肉を焼いて卵を絡めていた
だく。
綺麗にサシの入った肉は柔らかくて美味。
◇十勝豚のトン平焼き
薄焼き玉子で十勝豚とキャベツを巻いてソース
とマヨネーズがかかっていてこちらも間違いの
ない美味しさ。
◇黄金ユッケキンパ
キンパの上にたっぷりのユッケがのっていて豪華。
黄身を絡めてしっとりとしたユッケとご飯がよく
合っている。
◇本日の〆パフェ
ソフトクリームにチーズクリームがかかった
真っ白なデザート。
お腹はいっぱいだったけどさっぱりいただけた。

美食の宝庫と評される北海道に行かずとも北海道グルメが味わえるお店。
オペレーションが効率的で元気な接客も気持ちが
良かった。
