「KIBORI」は、創業50年の北海道ダイニングが監修する北海もんじゃと鉄板しゃぶしゃぶが楽しめるお店です。場所は、JR新宿駅東口より徒歩2分のドン•キホーテの横のビル内にあります。
この日は、平日の20時30分に予約して2人で訪れました。
広い造りの店内は、清潔感があり、女性も訪れやすい雰囲気です。また、木彫りの動物が30点以上も飾られています。
メニューには、約15種類のもんじゃをはじめ、鉄板焼き料理などの一品料理も数多く取り揃えられています。
また、飲み放題がセットになったコースもあります。
そのなかから、「KIBORIもんじゃ・鉄板焼きコース（税込5,500円）」と「スタンダード飲み放題（税込1,500円）」を注文。

看板メニューのもんじゃを2品も堪能できるボリューム満点の内容でした。
「牡蠣と九条葱のハーブバター焼き」は、ミルキーで"ぷりぷり"な牡蠣と甘くて風味の良い九条葱が見事にマッチしていました。
「北海 和牛ロースポルチーニもんじゃ」は、和牛ロースの脂の甘味とポルチーニの芳醇な香りを楽しめる一品。和牛ロースの食べ方としては、少し勿体ない食べ方でしたが、美味しかったです。
「インカの目覚めのカルボナーラもんじゃ」は、濃厚でコクのある一品で、お酒の肴にピッタリでした。
店員さんの接客も丁寧で好感を持つことができたので、新宿駅東口でお店を探す際は、候補の一つに入れてみては、いかがでしょうか？
