体感10種類！体感なので定かではないです！笑
撮り忘れがあるので実際は分かりませんが、結構たくさんで油断すると寿司に辿り着く前にお腹いっぱいになりそうな私…
一つ一つ丁寧に仕込まれており、お刺身、焼き物、煮物etc… 塩味、甘い味と様々でバランス良く素敵な構成
特に美味しかったのはホタテの焼き物！火入れが抜群でした！
全体的に印象的だったのは薬味の使い方。柔らかく薬味を効かせるのが上手いと思いました！
器もセンス良いです！業者さんに特注してるとのことで納得
店主さんも見るからにセンス良い
若くてオシャレでお店にまんま反映されてるなと感じました
お寿司も美味しかったですが、その手前で色々感動しました！
