While inheriting the traditions and techniques of authentic Edomae Sushi, we pursue new approaches. We use fresh, seasonal seafood and marine products that our chef purchases directly from Toyosu. Our sushi rice is a unique seasonal blend that mainly uses Emi no Kizuna rice from Tochigi Prefecture, and you can enjoy the exquisite texture with its large grains and sweetness. Enjoy it with fresh wasabi sourced directly from the farmers. We are thoroughly particular about quality control, from the selection of ingredients to cooking and serving.

We purchase high-quality sake from sake breweries across Japan that has been carefully sampled and tasted by our owner. We have 5 to 7 types, enough for you to enjoy each course. Enjoy the rich aroma and delicate taste. We have about 4 to 5 types of wine carefully selected by our sommelier. In addition to red and white wines, we also have some rare wines such as orange wines. Please enjoy the a la carte dishes created to match the drinks.
