The first thing you should try is our charcoal-grilled local chicken! This is a proud dish that is overflowing with umami and juices from being grilled over charcoal. We also have Kyushu specialty dishes such as seared cod roe. We use plenty of carefully selected ingredients. The dishes are prepared by a chef who has been in charge of traditional Japanese cuisine for many years.
