フーディーの秋冬は忙しい⁉️
ジビエから始まり蟹等の海鮮や新蕎麦からの年越し河豚と続く。。。
昨年【甲殻類と私 すがの】へ行った時に「ひれ酒ないの？」に、返ってきた言葉は「次回は100枚程用意しますから」ってそんなに要らんわ(笑)
って事で河豚店のBMは中目黒や赤坂等がありましたが夜からの営業。昼から食べられる所を探したらこちら【旬肴ふく堀田】がヒットしたので予約して訪問しました。
【ランチコース】ランチ天然とらふぐ ふぐづくしコース 8品。お一人様 ￥11,000(税込)＋ひれ酒×3杯。

◆総評◆
値段からして品数は十分な内容。
平日昼からでも個室利用されている客もいたので需要はあるらしい。
個人的にはデザートがプリンの提供に思わず嬉しくなりました。トロットロッで柔らかくたっぷりのカラメルで飲めるタイプ。美味しかったです。
しかし去年の河豚店でも思ったのだがイマイチ私の中で満足度が満たされない。
「都内で夜に行くならいっそ現地に行くか⁉️」とか思い始め、店主に「やはり本場は下関ですか？」と聞くと「白子含むなら大分がよいですよ」とアドバイスを頂いた。季節はこの時期2月がよいそうだ。
このモヤモヤを解消する為来年私は大分へ飛ぶ‼️←多分(^_^;）
どうせなら一泊は温泉が良いなぁ〰️とか妄想しながら店を後にした。
