2021年10月の昼です.
この日は所用で立ち寄った代々木でランチとなりました. 駅から代々木ゼミナール脇の坂道を下って目的のお店につきました.
こちらはかなり前からある和食店で、一度職場の送別会で訪れたことがあります. その時の印象が悪くなかったので10年ぶりくらいの訪問です.
表のランチメニューを眺めると秋刀魚フライの文字が飛び込んできました. この季節になって秋刀魚を食べていないのでこれにしようと決めて店に入りました.
入って右手がカウンターでその端に座りましたが、女性店員さんが常連さんと楽しくおしゃべりの真っ最中.
◇秋刀魚のフライ定食
各種定食でメインのおかず以外は共通みたい. 皿には秋刀魚フライが3本となかなかのボリューム. 付いているのはマヨネーズにレモンと辛子. 卓上には醤油だったか.
色からはかなりしっかり揚げたフライですが、カリッとした衣を齧ると中はあぁ、秋刀魚だなあという安心感. ちょっと揚げが強買ったように思いますが久しぶりの秋刀魚に満足. 醤油を垂らしたりレモンを絞ったりしましたが、何もつけなくても秋刀魚の味だけで大丈夫.
小鉢は酢の物だったかな. 味噌汁は豚汁で具沢山でした. ご飯はおかわり可能か聞くの忘れました.
最後の甘味は柑橘ゼリーでおしまい.
久しぶりの秋刀魚に満足しました. 塩焼きもやってくれないかな.
