The owner was particular about making drinks that were more valuable than Izakaya (Japanese-style bar)! Even though I'm acting like a bartender, I use a shaker to mix matcha. We also recommend highball floats and fresh lemon sours, which are made by pre-selling lemons and letting them rest!
