口の中に広がる素材の匂いと食感とソースがたまりません。
新鮮な素材を使うので素材に細かく手を加えると言うよりかはソースにこだわったり〜素材に合わせて色々な味付けをしています。
とするとフレンチというよりはフュージョンと名乗るのがしっくりくるよねもいうことでフレンチベースのフュージョンを名乗られているそう。
この内容でランチ7700円も満足度高いです。
ペアリングも好みに合わせて少し変えてくれたり、レアな日本酒を出していただいたり気配りが嬉しいです。
