札幌Lienは長くBMだけで閉店。そしてまさかの代々木移転。夏からずっと気になっていたKINO_さんへ。
とある事情で某フレンチを友人に譲り、珍しくフレンチの口になったので4日前に予約。焼肉女王とランチしました。
代々木駅近にこんなロケーションがあったのね...
千駄ヶ谷から代々木は詳しいつもりでしたが、見当はずれで恥ずかしく。。
お隣のカフェも2店揃って良き雰囲気。
この場所だけ切り取られた路地は、代々木感は全くなし。
初めてのお店は背伸びせず、慎重に。張り切りすぎるなよと友人からの忠告を聞きいれましたw
ランチコース 7700円(税込、サ別)
カウンター8席、テーブル3卓6名。
12時から30分刻みの開始時間。
席はカウンターを予約したけど、カウンターよりテーブルが良かったかも。
意外にも年齢層は20 〜60代まで様々。
若い人だけかと思ってたけど、、ﾖｶｯﾀ〜

料理に驚きこそありませんが、とても7700円とは思えないクオリティ。ランチとしては上等すぎる内容。蝦夷鹿の肉質は過去一でした。
フレンチ苦手で、イノベーティブ、フュージョンは好みじゃない私は的外れな感想かもですが、、
クラシック寄りだと思いますが、重くない。目先が変わるから、食べ疲れもなく。
お酒はペアリングが絶対にお得。ソムリエの奥様が的確におすすめしてくれる、ワインや日本酒。
沢山飲みたかったですが、本日は夜の予定があり控えめに。
あ、デセールもしっかり美味しく。ミルクアイス、プリンも自家製、カヌレはお土産で販売して欲しいレベルです。
札幌からの刺客は、北海道産の食材への拘り。
スタッフの方の対応もこなれて◎
シェフも気さくな方だし、奥様の気配りが細やか。
仕事が出来る雰囲気ありで、捌きが本当にお上手。
かしこまるフレンチより、適度にカジュアル。
まだ予約は取りやすいですが、新宿〜渋谷エリアでは既に別格。恵比寿にあったら不思議ではなく、代々木だから隠れ家かも笑。
