代々木駅から徒歩5分くらい。通りから一本入ったところにある一軒家のフレンチ。
ランチにお伺いしました。
店内はカウンター席とテーブル席がありダークブラウンを基調としたこざっぱりした印象。
7000円のコースを頂きました。
頂いたのは
⚪︎アミューズ
マッシュルームとほうれん草のキッシュ。人参のババロアに甘エビのマリネとキャビア。
⚪︎メジマグロ
メジマグロは表面炭火で炙って。ビーツのパウダー。付け合わせは紅くるりとビタミン大根の2種類。
⚪︎サクラマス
サクラマスと菜の花をライスペーパーで包んで。ピクルス添え。マヨネーズにチリを合わせたソース。
⚪︎りんごのスープ
スープの中にはグリュイエルチーズ。りんごの形をしたパルミジャーノチーズをスープに浮かべて。甘酸っぱいりんごのスープにチーズを組み合わせるのは面白い。
⚪︎ヒラメ
ヒラメはポワレに。表面には帆立のムースが塗られてます。ウニのリゾット添え。甲殻類のソース。リゾットはアルデンテでウニがクリーミー。淡白なヒラメに帆立の旨みをのせて。
⚪︎黒豚
黒豚はローストに。マスタードソース。一年熟成させたインカの目覚め、月光百合根、プチベールが付け合わせ。黒豚はジューシー。マスタードの酸味が黒豚をキリッと引き締める。
⚪︎ピスタチオ
ピスタチオのアイスに金柑のコンポート。
⚪︎プリン
メゾンカカオのプリンに生クリームと苺。
⚪︎カフェと小菓子 カヌレとフィナンシェ。
お魚のメニューが多かったですが味付けや組み合わせなど一捻りあって楽しめました。特にりんごのスープとヒラメのポワレが美味しかったです。
ランチ7000円はコスパよくお得な感じでしたがサービスが…。あまり心地良いとはいえませんでした。
