代々木駅から徒歩3分のところにあるフレンチの名店、評価が高いけど意外と予約取りやすい。ランチはお任せコースの一択のみ。7700円コースにサービス料10％かかるけど、他の方の口コミにも書いてあったように、席を立つ前にコートを開けられたり、シェフとスタッフの呟きが不愉快に耳に入ってしまったり、料理の水準と徴収される料金で考えるとサービスに難あり。
★アミューズ
重箱を開けると綺麗に飾り付けされたアミューズが。キッシュ、エビと人参のババロアからスタートです。
★めじきマグロのカルパッチョ
花びらも丸ごと食べれて、少し酸味を帯びたスッキリした味わい。
★虹鱒と菜の花のライスペッパー揚げ
マヨネーズをベースにした甘いソースが料理とのバランスが良い。
ライスペッパーがねっちりしているので、もうワンカット入れた方が良いのではと思われる。
★キャベツのスープ
ブルーチーズ、ミルクの泡
真ん中に隠されているのは丸いモッツァレラチーズ。目新しい発想でセンスの良い一品だった。
★真鯛のポワレ
こんがりと焼き上げられた真鯛の切り身。
ビスク風味のソースも自家製の丸パンとの相性がよく、リゾットも添えられて意外とボリューミー。
★豚のロースト
しっとり柔らかくて、赤ワインソースもお好みのスッキリタイプ。
こちらもマッシュポテト添えられている。
★抹茶アイスとオレンジのコンポート
さっぱりとした一品目。豚のローストからちょうど良い口直し。
★プリンといちご
固めのプリンで濃厚な味わい。
小さいけど食べ応えあり。
★食後のコーヒーと茶菓子
プリンまだ食べ終わっていない時に小さなフィナンシェ、カルネがサーブされ、すぐ閉店の時間なので急かされている感あり、少し居心地悪かった。
