We are particular about the ingredients we use and only use fresh domestic beef offal. Our secret soup has been evolving since our founding, and our vegetables are carefully selected from the source, as well as our special offal. Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) is a little different from other restaurants. You can order Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) as a single item or as part of a course.
