美味すぎる！
初入店。
新大久保にある韓国料理屋さん。
夏場はコングクスという麺料理が人気のお店なので、それを目掛けてきたが、残念ながら来週から提供開始とのこと、、
そこで今回はカルグクス1,210円とビビンバ935円をオーダ。
カルグクスは麺がピロピロ&モチモチで最高。
スープはアサリの出汁が効いていて美味すぎる、、
そして私的にビックリだったのがビビンバ。
通常ビビンバといえばコチュジャンのせいなのか甘めの味付けが多い。
しかしこのお店はなぜか甘くなく、程よい味付けで美味すぎる！
今まで食べたビビンバの中で1番好きな味だ。
次回はコングクスとビビンバをオーダする。

2回目の入店。
前回はビビンバとカルグクスをオーダしたが、今回はスンドゥブチゲ1,210円とコングクス1,320円をオーダ。
スンドゥブは思ったよりも小さめ。
具沢山でとろみが強い。
味は辛すぎず美味しい。
コングクスは想像していたよりも味が薄め。
麺はカルグクスと同じく手打ち麺で美味しい。
もう少し塩気が欲しいな、、
次回はソルロンタンに挑戦したい。
