こちらに初めて伺ったのは7年ほど前
また是非来たい！と思っていたのに
何故か後回しにしてしまっていた
外観は単なる大衆酒場だけど、
人気のある店なので、
2週間ほど前から予約をしておいた
最初は3品のお通し
この日はハタハタ天ぷらとイカ塩辛
後もう一品は、何かの白子
と聞いたような気がするが、忘れた
この3品だけで結構酒が飲めるよ
その後は
刺身盛合せ、白子焼き、本鮪ノド旨煮を注文
刺盛りにはマグロの脳天も入ってるな
白子焼きもノド旨煮の味付けも良い感じ
最後の〆は、やっぱり店の名物、
タラ豆腐
鱈の切り身が凄く分厚い
食べてみると、淡泊な鱈の身に
出汁と鰹節で旨味を加えることで
極上の味になってる
名物と謳うだけの事はあるなぁ
