大久保の人気なラーメン屋さんに初訪問。
看板に本気ラーメンと書いてて期待大。
1番人気の魚介みそラーメン 並盛 ¥1100を券売機で購入し着席。
ブイヤベース風の南仏魚貝スープは魚介の旨味が効いてて非常に濃厚系。海老の旨味が前面に出てます。
具材はチャーシュー、わかめ、海苔、エビ。
平打ち麺は珍しくていいですね。
まるでスープ・ド・ポワソンのような上品さのラーメンでした。
美味しかったです。
