JR中央・総武線の大久保駅北口を出て、大久保通りを渡り新大久保方面に、少し行ったところにある居酒屋さん。平日のランチどきに初訪問。目利きの銀次はチェーン店らしいが初めて。
ビルの階段を二階に上がると入口が、店内は提灯がたくさんあってお祭りな雰囲気がある。窓際のテーブル席にかける。あらかじめコンロがセットしてあり、魚を焼けるようになっている。
ランチは魚をメインにした日替りや揚げ物系の定食や丼、カレーのメニューもあり種類はかなり豊富。とんかつ和吉とのコラボメニューとしてとんかつもある。今回は日替り定食にしてみる。

待つこと10分ほどで提供あり。アジフライは普通なサイズで2尾、カラシとマヨネーズが付いている。卓上には醤油しかないため、アジフライにはソース派としてはやや腑に落ちない。
さっそく食べてみると身は厚めのアジフライで揚げ具合は半生のようなことは無かった。マヨネーズで食べるのが気に入った。小鉢のきんぴらが量が多かった。全体的な腹は満たされる定食だった。
お支払いにはPayPayが使える。決済店はモンテローザになっていた。お魚の鮮度は分からなかったが、夜に居酒屋利用してみようかなと思った。店内は禁煙で、喫煙は入口を出た横に灰皿が設置されている。
