Daisen chicken from Tottori Prefecture is juicy and flavorful with a balanced amount of fat, thanks to feeding antibiotic-free feed and raising the chicks free-range for 58 to 60 days, about a week longer than usual. It's grilled over binchotan charcoal, so it's full of flavor!
