When I told a Korean girl who is a foodie that I would like to try authentic Korean Yakiniku (Grilled meat), she took me to this restaurant and said, ``This is the best place to eat these days.'' The thick-sliced tongue and skirt steak are especially plump and delicious! Yukhoe is also rich but refreshing with a nice aftertaste. The soup for Cold Noodles is sweeter than anything I've eaten before, and the noodles are quite thin, so I think people will either like it or dislike it, but for me it's a hit. All of them seem to make good use of the sweetness of the apples, and I feel like they complement the meat and noodles. I would like to try the mino fried rice next time.
