One of Restaurants on the top floor of Ikebukuro Tobu. Sometimes it's crowded and it's difficult to enter without a reservation. This time I entered the store alone without a reservation. We had lunch at a regular table in the front. I thought the eel would have been good depending on the season, but this time I had the seasonal kaiseki. There was a salt-grilled sweetfish that was a little bigger than a young sweetfish, so I asked for more. I had a very enjoyable meal as they served a variety of Japanese-style meal that flowed well and were colorful and full of seasonal flavor, but I was concerned about the lack of saltiness and the lack of salt in the grilled dishes. I wanted a little more twist to the vegetables that accompanied the salmon. I felt like it was a waste because I had put so much time and effort into making this dish. I was also sad that there was no tuna in the sashimi. Overall it was good.
