祭日の5時に個室を予約して入店。食前酒は金粉入りのすっきりとした味わいの日本酒。前菜、椀物、お造りといいタイミングで提供されました。お造りの段階でビールから日本酒に切替えてました。鰈の酒盗焼は骨までカリッと揚がっていて、思わず盃は進んでしまいました。和牛のみたらし餡はやさしい味付けですき焼き風味とは違った新鮮な味わいを楽しめました。季節のタケノコご飯もおかわりをしてしまいました。時間の流れを感じさせないサービスや心遣いは流石に老舗の支店だと思いました。またお祝いごとなどで是非とも利用したいですね。
