池袋西口、西一番街を抜けてときわ通り沿い２階にある酒の一滴は血の一滴に。
創作和食に旬の鮮魚、日本酒がウリのお店。
この日は友人と会食にて、個室を予約してもらい訪問。
魚のメニューが豊富で、刺身は旬のものから定番物まで20種類くらい。好きなものを選んでお得な盛り合わせは良いサービス。中トロ、うに、甘エビ、真あじ、関イサキ、カンパチ、水タコの七点盛り。
見た目も味もよく好印象。
この時期の岩牡蠣は濃厚で粒も大きく最高です。
和牛のうに巻き寿司は肉で甘めのシャリを細巻きにして軽く炙り、ウニといくらをあしらった目にも楽しい逸品。
また、旬の鮎の塩焼きやヤングコーン、白海老の唐揚げなどシンプルな料理も美味しかったです。
食と同時に酒も進み、日本酒を堪能。
十四代や而今などのプレミアものから、季節の夏酒にリーズナブルなものまで90ccから頼めるので種類を楽しみたい方にもおすすめ。
