千円均一っぽい感じの居酒屋ランチ。
池袋での単一価格ランチとしては、やや強気な設定の居酒屋ランチだと思った。
居酒屋ランチの刺身系であれば、こういう価格帯も多いがのだが・・・。
池袋東口の雑居ビルの２階である。
１階がサンマルクカフェで、何度か利用したコトがあるが、上階は初めてかも知れない。
「焼き魚定食」(1,000円) ーー 写真の通り。
焼き魚は、メナダの西京焼き。
ボラの仲間っぽい独特のクセがあるが、なかなか美味しいと思った。
脂のノリも悪くない。
刺し身は、新鮮なのだろうが、その魚が持つレベル感で、今一つな印象。
食感だけは楽しめる。
選べる小鉢の２種もあまりピンとこなかった。
アラ汁は、小骨やウロコまで入っているので、ひどく食べづらい。
全体的には、各々が少量なので、冒頭に書いたように、やや価格面で難があるように感じてしまった。
ごちそうさまでした。
アラ汁に対峙する時間を要した関係上、ランチタイムの14時半を少々過ぎてしまった。
ただ、まだ人が食べている最中での大々的な夜の準備は、興ざめする。
夜用のメニューを各席に投げ置くように、パタンっ、パタンっ、という音が近づいている感じは落ち着かない。
もし、その時間にどうしてもソレをしなければならないのなら、声掛けでもしてくれたらイイし、また、ギリギリでの客を入れないという方法もあるだろう。
少なくとも僕は14時前に入店し、おそらく15分近く経って提供されてからは、余分な時間は使っていないと思うんだが・・・。
