Our specialty, ``Fish grilled fish,'' comes in a wide variety of varieties, from standard tuna such as lean, medium-thigh, and large tuna, to rare parts such as kamatoro, cheek, and kashira. Depending on the part, you can enjoy it in a variety of ways, such as dipping it in sauce and grilling it, or simply seasoning it with salt. We also have a wide selection of Seafood, including white fish, shrimp, conger eel, abalone, local clams, and scallops.Basically, our staff grills the food to the perfect degree of doneness, but you can also enjoy it by cooking it to your liking on the grill right in front of you. It's attractive.

When you visit us, be sure to try the ``earthen pot rice'' as well. We offer four types: sea urchin roe, salmon roe, Oyster, and golden sea bream. The rice used is Nanatsuboshi from Hokkaido. It is cooked in sea bream soup stock, creating a rich and flavorful dish that concentrates the flavor of Seafood.
