A restaurant where fish that can be eaten raw is grilled rare on a griddle. All seats are at the counter. If you order Uohiyaki, the staff will carefully grill it for you. I'm sure the Uohiyaki fish is delicious even raw. I usually eat a lot of Sushi, so I thought this kind of dish would be nice.
